Few years ago from my contact with the owner of Songvest and having knowledge of the royalties investment market I decided to venture through the Tunerights Company to offer investors better returns using intellectual property investment vehicles as collateral for income derived from other investments. Newport River Company is a public relations business for the fishing industry which can sell interest in its intellectual property for which it can pay dividends through its Investment portfolio and other business operations.
